What about the others? It is a political campaign to elect a senator to represent the political interests of the people of Alabama. What he did or did not do ever how many years ago is no more important than what Clinton did over all the years he was in office. It matters no more than that. The liberals were well pleased with how Clinton served. Why should the people of Alabama send a demokrat to the senate, a man who will only represent and act in behalf of left-wing liberals? The overwhelming majority of voters in Alabama are very much politically conservative. Why should they not send a man to the senate who will represent their political interests? If immorality, etc. was not problematic for Clinton, it is irrelevant in the upcoming senatorial election in Alabama. Perhaps the charges are true. Perhaps they are not. There simply is no way to know short of a full-on court proceeding. The idea that this sort of thing is to be determined by a media proven to be biased against Republicans and Conservatives, proven to be biased in favor of left-wing liberal demokrats is completely without merit. I agree with most of what you say, my question was asked because sid seems to dismiss the allegations as untrue because this women has a negative history, so OK lets dismiss them from THIS women, but I have to ask again---what about the others? Come on sid and bruce, whats the dirt on them???? And NO, not completely without merit unless proven so. Are the accusers all 'left wing biased' too?

Well one would-be accuser worked for some outfit called Project Veritas. They tried to scam the Post into publishing a fake accusation story from the '90s, with an abortion to go along with it. Post was on its guard though and sniffed it out. Real news about a fake story? Fake news about a real story? The head spins.

To answer Dave's question, some of the stories appear credible. Consider Moore's own tale of when he first layed eyes on the 15 year old girl who later became his wife.

Unasked in the article...why is the 29-year-old unmarried Moore at a dance recital for teenage girls? Picture yourself at age 29...isn't that about the last place on earth you'd be? It is for me.

Re: question. Understand character assassination as a means of de-legitimizing testimony. The others ... have not examined them. For that matter have not examined any of the accusers or their supporters. Simply deeply suspicious of such charges made at this point in a political campaign. Do consider without merit unless able to produce actual proof that will stand up to third-party not partisan examination. At this time, not aware of the party affiliation of any accusers. Am very much aware of the partisan bias of those using these charges as a political weapon by which to seek to prevent Republicans from winning this senate seat. When it comes to such media and when it comes to such left-wing liberal demkrat politicians, am prepared to trust their word/motivation, etc. about as far as I can spit in a high wind. JMHO.
