of course she can still be charged as she was never trie'd for it. as a bonus since all the sudden people can be arrested and charged with lying to the FBI, they can tack that one on too!

If she is charged and convicted, how many people will go down with her?

Thought crossed my mind. After all these years of the GOP not taking a strong stand against their political rivals...were they really being weak or simply playing possum? Letting them get their way and wreaking havoc on the People while illegally filling their bank accounts. In other words, if there wasn't enough to jail them in the past, did they feed them enough rope to hang themselves?
Just a thought, wishful thinking, but a rather nice daydream if you ask me.

I am a little confused by this 'lying to the FBI', thing. They know Clinton did it but can not be charged cause she was not under oath? I heard a commenter on TV make this statement and no one contradicted it. But it is not "all the sudden", been that way for long time!

The oath makes the difference between perjury and "just talk."

According to Allan Dershowitz (the only Liberal I can respect), nothing that dope Flynn did with the Ruskies was illegal (though he apparently thought it was himself!), it was only his lying under oath that's sending him to the pen, probably.

Yet Bill Clinton lied to the Grand Jury and didn't spend an hour in jail.

Has to be a prosecutor willing to prosecute. But his impeachment trial was the result not of anything he did, but of lying about it afterwards under oath.

You don't have to be under oath to be convicted of lying to an FBI agent. Any false statement you make to an agent of the FBI (or any other police officer in the performance of his duties) is a crime. That's why you should never answer questions. They don't have to inform you that they are conducting an investigation.

The President cannot be jailed, only impeached. If impeached, convicted, and thrown out of the office, he can then be indicted, tried, and convicted for any of the crimes he committed during his lifetime. That has never happened. Yes, Bubba Clinton committed crimes including rape, and sexual assaults while he was President, but he was not convicted in his impeachment trial so he got a free pass.

It puzzles me as to why anyone would think this hag is going to get jail time . She played ball with the dirtiest of businessmen and politicians , there is a wealth of dirt under many rugs that she is aware of and part of , it would be a true miracle if this winch ever gets near a wringer .

Do you know how long I waited to just see the Cubs in the World Series? My Father saw them in '32, '35, & '45 but never saw them win. Last year we saw both. So, dreams can come true!
She wasn't indicted, convicted, or incarcerated...or simply totally discredited in 2017. I'll keep cheering, "Wait 'til next year!" (I'm a die hard anti-Hillary fan too)
