In Marin there are a bunch of Ferraris and I often
overtake them in my aged Truck because they're
in the wrong lane in the 5pm traffic. But they make
a very nice exhaust noise when they eventually move
another six feet..
Remember the movie with Mathau who's Ferrari
always suffered from "carbon on the valves"
because he was always idling in traffic ?
In my neck of the woods, cars are obviously breeding
because there seems to be more of them every day.

In early 1970's I passed up a chance to buy a 1962 Short Wheel Base Ferrari coupe for 4500. bucks. I could have got a credit union loan with no problem but just thought it was real extravagant to buy it. Seller took me for a ride "to hunt Corvettes", never found any. That car today would sell for maybe 2-3 Million! I would really be in "tall cotton" to-day!
