The uncontrolled influx of migrants into France
has been going on since the Algerian war.
President after President - mostly liberal, have
watched it happen and done nothing about the
problem. The French are fiercely protective of
their language, but seemingly not so much about
protecting the country of France itself from this
assault which is affecting it citizenry makeup.
I spent many a vacation in France in my youth,
beautiful countryside, very friendly people, but
I don't think I would want to visit today's Paris.
Mayors are finally waking up to the problem, but
possibly they slept a little too long.
I wonder if other European leaders are watching,
or whether they're asleep too.

Yet another "things were better in my youth" post. Of course they were! You were young! Be honest, did you really give a sh*t about Muslims when you were 25 or did you have better things to do?

When I was 25, anyone who told me that within my lifetime I'd see mosques sprouting up all over the country, even in small towns far removed from big cities, I'd have put down as nuts. Of course, I'd have said the same thing had he also told me that one day I'd see the nauseating spectacle of smooching homos posing on the courthouse steps with marriage licenses in their hands.

Those Iranian guys with the red sports cars, the sons of the educated elite, were among the first victims of the Iranian revolution, if they didn't get out of the country fast enough.

Those who point out that admitting large numbers of people who refuse to assimilate, reject their new country's values, mores and culture, are denounced as "fascists", neo-Nazis", "racists", accused of "hate speech"., etc.

Which nation? English? Scottish? Irish? I can tell you there are more factions on that island than you think. And now things may turn in a few years to where the Irish Republic enjoys the upper hand in it's dealings with that island to the east, turning centuries of history on its ear. If the Brexiters had thought about that then I bet they think twice about leaving.

You're in upstate NY, right? The number of manufacturing towns up there that hollowed out is unbelievable. Westinghouse, Eastman-Kodak, IBM, GE, the list of the departed is long. Why did this happen? Who gets the blame? Muslims? Is it their fault main street is empty? Who blew it?

Good grief! Who's ever accused them of responsibility for job losses to foreign competition, which began occurring well before the raghead invasion; the unions, together with ridiculous State regs, can claim the honor of crippling those industries.
