    Adios Florida ...

    Like I said earlier.
It's always a fairly close call come vote time, with
    Republicans squeaking out narrow victories.
    No more it looks like.

Possibly. But, like any marginal state which ever party squeaks out a win must always be looking for when that squeak will go the other way ... and prepare for it. Currently Republicans are in the driver seat. Very much need to focus on what matters ... putting conservative jurists on the federal bench and ... putting as many committed Constitutional conservatives on the SC as possible. Need to have the approval process well oiled and ready. The very minute a opening occurs ... put up one nominee. Approve that nominee over the screaming of the left. Seize control of the SCOTUS ... so that it will be neutered as a weapon that the left can use to destroy this nation. Fact is, a neutered SC would merely be the SC as the COTUS empowers it. The idea that the SC has the power to review and negate the actions of the other "co-equal" branches of government is merely the tissue of Mickey Mouse judicial imaginengineering foisted on this nation by Marshall. It will be good for the nation when that particular foolishness is buried right beside Dred Scott. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.
