The Fox News war on Christmas, like Trump, has zero to do with actual Christianity, and everything to do with a very very commercially motivated view of the season. The Fox News Christmas has everything to do with outdoor lights, Currier and Ives, and Charles Dickens. The holiday itself was a co-opting of the pagan winter solstice celebrations in northern Europe.

Fox pumps this stuff out because it needs its viewers outraged enough to keep watching until they meet their grave. Anyone who takes it seriously, one way or the other, is just taking the bait. Put another way, why would any follower of Christ give a rat's ass about Santa? Santa is competition, and anything that makes him look ridiculous ought to be welcomed as an opportunity to re-orient people back to Bethlehem. Leave Santa for the secularists.

I did because you said you wouldn't. You didn't miss much so I can say don't bother. An endorsement for a piece of political trash literature aimed at children. A tale of Santa Clause having a black "husband". Endorsed by a Chicago shock columnist with ties to the LGBT community.
The only reason it's in the forefront is because Fox decided to publish it. If only to piss some people off. They know the vast majority of their followers will never allow it in their homes. So, I agree with Togor along those lines.
