        From the article:

Dismissing places where human rights abuses, hunger, and disease are rampant as “xxxxholes” without offering a viable alternative for running their governments is unproductive.

What's another concise name for a part of the world characterized by extreme poverty, economic stagnation, unjust law enforcement, universal corruption in all gov't functions & services? Everybody knows what "xxxxhole" means, but if you don't like that word, what's a clear, unambiguous, synonym?

It may be unproductive, but is it inaccurate? Who says that speaking the unvarnished truth about such places imposes some requirement to offer "a viable alternative for running their governments." The only viable alternative for running their governments in a competent way would be re-colonization.

Hey I didn't write the article, or start the thread. If you disagree with the author, I'm sure Breitbart has a comments section.

Trump has shown us all with apparent satisfaction that he'll never be housebroken. Clearly he's proud of it, and so are his fans. But again, don't be surprised at all in the years to come when people don't want him on their carpets. The British, for example.

What you just did, DT, a place cursed by disease, hunger, bad government. Reducing it to the scatological is fine for the loudmouth at the end of the bar, but I'd like a POTUS who has better control.

What's so funny is Trump didn't mention a single nation by name and suddenly all these s**thole countries are stating they are insulted. No, they are admitting they are the problem and should take some degree of responsibility to better themselves in their country instead of just overpopulating and flooding into a civilized nation.

Of course the blacks are saying that Trump singled out Haiti and the African nations, which of course he didn't, but if the shoe fits then wear it.

Mexico, China and Cuba are not mentioned and are probably the worse of them all. The first 2 have a lot of technology and civilization but also have a lot of s**thole territory as well.

Thanks to the democrats and other previous administrations America is too becoming a s**thole nation all for the sake of votes and the politicians likelihood.

It might be one of the most important things Trumps ever said.
If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.

The democrats sure are upset--it's a reminder of who votes for them.

So would I--except there's just no better way to put; no way, that is, that wouldn't be mealy-mouthed, sanctimonious, BS. Of course, mealy-mouthed, sanctimonious, BS is what the "world community," as exemplified by the UN, thrives on. A spade--finally!--has been called a spade, and naturally, the purveyors of mealy-mouthed, sanctimonious, BS are outraged.

It's an "the emperor has no clothes" moment--if only Trump and the gutless Repubs wouldn't back away from it.

It is...not to give him credit for actually thinking out the ramifications. But he's now undoing the potential benefit of for once "telling it like it is" by going on the defense. He should be going on the offense by demanding Dems to tell the American people WHY it is we "need" even more scum of the Turd World to add to our already mongrelized culture.
