Actually Maryland where he is running passed a law saying felons could a few years ago. I guess that was job security for their elected officials.

Arpaio is trying. Pardoned is admitting guilt under law.

I don't believe 'pardoned' is admitting to guilt, but rather just reversing a courts / judges decision. Happens all the time to the 9th District in its AO.

I worry most about Arpio's age (he's 85). I don't want him to be a spoiler and divide the republican / independent vote and cause the Dem's to get an AZ seat.
