    Any NFL fans left?

They don't want to offend anyone with veteran or military commercials but think it's OK to squat while the National Anthem is played. I'm beginning to think NFL stands for "Nation of FU'd Liberals" now.

What do you mean "left"? I hate football. All of it. Always.

But now of course I have an even better reason.

I used to love football when I was younger. As I grew older it became boring to me. And now, after watching how the NFL handles this latest controversy I don't turn it on at all anymore. Bunch of rich kids rebelling against that which made them rich.

Latest garbage from the NFL. ****NFL Rejects 'Please Stand' Ad from Veterans Group****

I don't need them. College ball is much more interesting anyway!

I keep track of advertisers and write to them explaining I don't HAVE to buy from companies who sponsor events where people deliberately show disrespect to the national anthem or the flag.

The fans were willing to ignore the fact that the pre-game faces of players standing for the National Anthem were the same as the perpetrator shots on the evening news, but not when they were squatting during the Anthem. Regards, Clark

The last football game I watched was in 1986 when the Houston Oilers lost the divisional playoffs to the Denver Broncos , I haven't missed a damned thing since.
