Iran's fast boats have stopped harassing our Navy

Or maybe, it is because Trump said "Quit that sh1t or we will blow the MF'ers out of the water."

If we eliminate the Navy we could really beef up the Coast Guard and still have enough money left over for a wall on both the Mexican And Canadian borders ..

Yeah, when Somali pirates hijack one of our commercial fleet, we can ask the Russians or Iranians to do something about it for us. If a foreign fleet blocks certain ports, telling us who we can and can't trade with, we can run to the UN for assistance. Right?
