The new Embassy won't be built for four years yet
so maybe the interim Embassy will be what ? a tent ?
That would fit right in.

I hope not. Tents are not bullet proof and the muzzies will be a-shootin and blowing things up. It's all they know.

As I understand it, they are not going to build a new embassy. The one opening in May will be temporary and meant to help Israel celebrate it's 70th anniversary. The real embassy will consist of an existing building which has already been selected. It will be upgraded for use and should be ready some time next year.
