Why should we assume the FISA Judge is honest ? ...

I posted my thoughts on this a while back,
they being, that I think this Judge who issued
the warrant based on the Dossier is a liberal.
If not, then why hasn't he(?) rescinded the
warrant now that it's been proved a fake.
That could be the reason this business will
drag on for the next ten years and still have
    no outcome.

I'm just a peasant who can think.

Well why not assume the judge is honest until given a reason otherwise? And "Trump doesn't like a judge" is no reason to assume that this judge is dishonest. Trump talks sh*t because that's what he does.

Why? Why ask "Why?" He is a judge. Why would anyone expect him to reverse himself due to error either his own or anyone else's? He is only required to follow the law. He is not required to act justly. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.

If the Judge's impartiality is put in doubt, which it has been,
then surely he or she would speak up and defend his/her honor.
But this hasn't happened, so, why not ?

I think of togor as only a partial Troll, who's reasonable.
Pebble and Roadtrax I ignore totally as they're beyond reason.

DT I'm guessing that part of life as a judge is that about half of the people who come before you think you're doing a lousy job, and so they tell you in judge school to learn to live with it, and not feel the need to rush to respond to criticism. Not all criticism that exists in the world is justified. And the judge may not see any up side to getting into a public pissing match with ambitious politicians and TV talking heads. On this last point ones sympathies can easily lie with the judge.

I've since learned (Fox) that the Judge (a She) has made it known
she has no objections to the release of the documents pertaining
to the warrant. Presumably, it's now in the President's court.

I've heard the House comity asked for the documents but she refused, telling them to use other means to obtain them.
