Hillary isn't President. If there's good reason to put her through the wringer again, then fine by me. But by most indications she's a pretty boring gal. As for speeches. Ex-presidents give those. Huge dollars, but all out in the open. Nice work if you can get it, I suppose. If Trump's stuff was out in the open we could contrast and compare. But it isn't. Not yet, at least. Trump is either a Grade -1 Paranoiac, or Dirty Player, or both. Bring on President Pence. Rumor is he can read a briefing paper through to the end, even if printed in something smaller than a 30 pt. font, and even if only in black.
And I'll bet if an ethical situation comes up, Pence can take it like a man. And everything won't be about him all the damn time. Looking better and better, Pence is.
