Bureaucrats running CDC are among the most vicious gun-haters in the country. Most amazing fact is that these stats weren't simply destroyed. They will however be buried, no press releases, etc., making it convenient for the media to go on claiming that guns are more dangerous to owners than criminals.

Whether or not I favor a report by them is of little consequence as I know I can't trust them. They can't even get flu reports right.

The "child" definition is either under 21 or under 25. Not sure which, but under 21 is deceitful enough. Obamacare defines a child as under 25. Anything to artificially inflate the stats.

Under 25 was the age reported decades ago by the magazine/political writers. It was also the age cited when the CDC research was used to help pass the Brady bill. If you have any updates along with news of corrections to their slanted data I'm sure we'd all like to know about it.

It was after this that the rats were prohibited by law from conducting any more slanted "studies" deliberately designed to support their anti-gun agenda. But now the Repub-controlled Congress has turned them loose again. Can anyone explain this treachery?

It also means our laws are way too soft. If a person faced life imprisonment or execution for armed robbery or assault they would more than likely think twice before committing the crime. Over time our prisons would empty out. No one would WANT to commit a crime that could possibly end their life.

This might be the Gaddafi way of doing things but his system worked in regard to repeat crimes. Ours don't.

As far as the 2 million occasions, think of all the occurrences that weren't included. If you had to chase someone from your home using a gun would it make the 5:00 news?
