The National Rifle Association's Political Victory Fund raised $2.4 million from March 1 to March 31, the first full month after the Feb. 14 shooting.

Some guys don't know their history. In the 30's, during the run-up, it was the right in France and Britain and Poland that sought to make nice with Hitler, because they saw his anti-Bolshevik positions as useful against the Red Menace. Europe had plenty of guns to stop Hitler and chose not to use them until it was almost too late.
