funny you should mention this. So mom and dad took him into their home and he promptly STABBED his sisters fiance.
So he went to prison after a couple more stabbings.
so, tell me again, where did all those cost saving go from closing those mental institutions? To prison I'll bet!Comment

My grandparents lived in Russellville AR. Their next door neighbor's "disturbed," grandson Richard murdered his mother, grandfather and stabbed his brother. He had been in and out of trouble for years. I knew this kid and thought he was wrong in the head.
