    A Shop Vac, a Shop Vac, I need a Shop Vac ...

Just like A Mad Mad Mad World with drivers scrambling around
hoovering up 20 dollar bills, Kids jumping out of School Buses to
get in on the grabbing. Wish I'd been there.

"anyone who picked up the money could be charged with theft", if that aint some BS. they should keep the money for doing the good deed of picking up trash on the roadway! as for brinks, if they cared about the money they wouldnt have opened the truck door on the highway, and the money would not have been loose inside the truck.

If the people picking up the $ on public highway right-of-way can be charged with theft then Brinks should be charged with littering. In my state I believe it runs $500 per offense per day. That would be $500 for each bill that was littered. Of course this side of the issue will never come up.
