    Isn't this illegal ?
    Private citizens can't go abroad acting like the Secretary of State making deals.

                          I don't know, Sam. DT has a certain dry wit, as does 'Trax. If I may say so, I think you're a much littler dog in a battle of one-liners compared with those two. DT may be older than many kinds of dirt but he can still handle himself without need of assistance.
