Syria will find out what it is to tease a Cobra by then it is too late. The Jews will help them to see their "reward" sooner then later.

Let us hope these strikes are in close coordination with the US. Free lancing is a no-no.

very true, but as history shows us israel has no problem doing what they want when they want, and they dont much care about telling others.

Yes, but WE do. A general war in the Middle East is not in America's interests.

@ this time it looks like the Dogs of War are about to be unleashed again. Israel has had enough of the mouth and posturing of Iran's regime and their Pretorian Guard. Israel is a nation with a small population who will use their equipment to reduce Iran down. Trump will not interfere as Israel and the President see Iran in the same light.

Let us hope -- because if we have to go to war, it should be at a time and place of our choosing.

There'll be no choice in the matter when Iran puts the finishing touches on their nuclear program--THEN, our hands will be tied as they already are in N. Korea. What makes the situation more dangerous than N. Korea is that Iran's aims of expansion don't depend on the megalomania of one family of dictators...which may eventually die out. Iran's ambitions are powered by an ideology even more relentless & fanatical than that of the Bolsheviks in 1918 because it's based on religion. If Iran isn't crushed, or set back on its heels, soon, then they are certain to become the kind of threat the Soviet Union posed for 70 yrs.

Huge problems would arise from war with Iran, but far greater problems will be averted by stopping them in their tracks before they acquire the bomb; when they do, their capacity to cause trouble all over the world will be unstoppable.

Pray tell, has the U.S. ever had this luxury?

They have been chanting Death to American since the 70"s. We should take the hint that they mean it.

According to the Jerusalem Post Trump gave his okay for the attack. Today the Debka File reports Iran is now making threats to restart it's nuclear processing program which Trump has repeatedly warned them not to do.

I have read reports by several American military experts who say that Israel by itself can destroy Iran if it came to an all out war.

Despite popular opinion, neither Netanyahu nor DJT are morons. From what I hear not only the USA, but also the Russians were warned of the attack beforehand. Russia (of course) informed Iran and they moved some people and assets, but their bases and infrastructure were heavily damaged.

There is absolutely no proof that Iran ever stopped their nuclear program. They just shifted it around and the "deal" did not allow any independent verification. In fact the Aryans did not agree to do or not to do anything... they never even signed it.

We've done our best to achieve it -- in both WWI and WWII we hesitated to rush into war.

We should ask this -- if we get bogged down in a long war, will the American people stay the course? Will sleezy politicians refrain from attacking us and making political capital from the deaths of American troops?

And we should also ask, "Is there a better way?"
