It's hard to see how they can survive for too much longer.
Trump has given the Iranian people hope for a better life,
which is something obama refused to do. Now they have
a Champion who does what he says he's going to do.
With mounting pressure from home grown protests, renewed
sanctions being imposed will only make the protests grow.
Europe is waffling on the sanctions but I'm guessing they'll
eventually go along.

Sure, just as it was said the CCCP would go to pieces after Stalin died. And Germany would surrender after every city had been fire-bombed into ruins. Even if the majority of a population wants peace or a change of gov't, it doesn't take a huge number of diehard fanatics with weapons to keep the rest of them under control.

We have seen the collapse of the Soviet Union, we have seen freedom flourish throughout Eastern Europe so there is hope for the people of Persia. I've worked very closely with a man who is a US Citizen. He says that the people of Iran want to be left alone and raise their families like anyone else. Lets hope things change in Iran.
