MSM and the inauguration pictures

This is the actual picture of the crowd as Trump walked out to begin his speech. Notice the spillover to the sides and a full crowd all the way back to the Washington monument.



This is the picture MSM showed in an attempt to show the differences between Obama 2009 and Trump 2017. This one from CNN.

Yep. We who watched Trump's inauguration on TV saw the crowds and noticed they were larger than obama's.

All that really matters is Trump is in hillary is not and obama is gone.

Angle matters quite a bit. Anyone who's used an optic on a distant object knows that wide gaps in cover can disappear at low angles. In this photo from 24-Jan-17, still on the web, with no possibility of a trip through Photoshop, you can see some white in the foreground before the erect pavilion on the mall in the distance. That gap would seem to match what the NPS high-angle photos showed at the time. Also, note the use of plastic panchos on VIPs in the foreground. The weather was clearly a factor.

That means that Trump is the only Saint alive today.... He is the perfect bad guy, and has never in his lifetime ever done anything good, right, or constructive... even by accident!... The gap is water from a reflecting pool... You think because people didn't stand in a pool of water there was nobody there... What a lying skunk you are.

Red, ever been to DC? If not, use Google maps. There is a reflecting pool clearly visible near the capital, about 3/4 up the frame, roughly equal with the camera tower. In the distance, in front of the Washington Memorial, you can see the raised platform, and a bit of white in front of it. The only other reflecting pools would be on the other side of the monument towards the Lincoln Memorial. Totally out of the frame.

Again, low angles can make it hard to gauge depth. This is a well known fact.

But why is this even a thing? Is there like a turret of grievances that circles through? What's next, 3 million illegal voters that cost Trump the popular vote? Then the Muslim ban again? Where's Kris Kobach when you need him? Oh and if you find him, ask him about "Veterans in Defense of Liberty".

Don't know about the photographs. Nowadays would find it hard to trust any photograph of such an event absent some credible authentication. All to easy to fiddle around and make it look like whatever someone wants to see. There were lots of folks who turned out for the inauguration of the squatter. Understandable. Just look at the predominate voting pattern of washington, dc. Very much doubt the crowd at the inauguration of Trump was larger, much less largest in history. Weather? Yes, possibly a reason. More likely, simply not that many rank and file Republicans and Conservatives who could come. Trump's support in that area simply was not as great. Same as now. Trump didn't win in washington on 11/8/16. So on inauguration day, the loosers didn't turn out. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.
