Yep! That is way overdue... My concern here is the reason for the op? Knowing togor, he is setting us up to come down on the parents as the problem and that the child deserves to be supported for life. After all he didn't ask to be born his parents forced his birth and should be required to support him in at least the minimum of food, shelter, and clothing.
