After retiring some time back, I went into business
with my Son selling and installing satellite dishes.
(I sold 'em, my Son installed 'em)
This entailed dealing with the general public which was
a new experience for me - one I didn't enjoy.
Realtors, Doctors, Practitioners of religion and especially
lawyers seem to be under the impression that they do
not have to pay for whatever it is they purchased until
pressured. Normal type people are for the most part
good customers although there were a couple of exceptions.
One, a guy in a wheelchair who told the Better Bussiness
Bureau that he had installed and aligned the rooftop dish.
It just wasn't worth the aggravation so I closed shop.
My sympathies go out to businesses with deep pockets who
constantly having to put up with crap like this:
