Not a cent! Hell, don't you get the "if you've been hurt in an accident" TV ads by ambulance chasing lawyers? Their scam is based on the unfortunate fact that spineless insurance companies will pay (and they will!) regardless of who's at fault to avoid being dragged into court!

Attempts have been made to pass laws against frivolous suits, but they're always defeated by lobbyists hired by the Trial Lawyers Ass'n--one of the most hard-core (& richest) Demo backers in the country.
