He's the owner of the Tesla car company. Irrespective of his cars or his politics, he hits the nail on the head. Sadly, many Americans are ignorant of this.

At the bottom of this Twitter post he makes a fool of Joshua, although Joshua was probably pushing a false narrative.

The so-called “free press” is subservient to Democratic Party administrations, and sycophantic to all Democrats.

Some say, with subjective justification, albeit without objective evidence, that the so-called “free press” is an arm of the Democratic Party.

So, yes, the phrasing is correct.
