    The NASDAQ is back in record territory

    The NASDAQ closed today at 7606 today, record territory.

    The most recent figure for unemployment is 3.8% -- but developments since that figure was released indicate it is actually lower than that.

    Home ownership and real wages are up -- and minorities are benefitting as much as anyone.
