I think its kinda of refreshing. The royals go about with limited security. I was reviewed by the Queen in Boston in 1976. She walked past us escorted by one guy with a huge neck. We we all within arms reach of her, armed with swords. bayonets, tomahawks and muskets. Couldn't do that with the President.
