The local paper quotes attendees as saying "a lot of drinking, dope smoking and general sullen behavior at the event". The idea of running it all night long was also just plain dumb.

Shooting occurred at 2:30 am. One shot was 13. WTF is he doing on the streets at 2:30? How did the ghetto rat that was early release from prison on another murder charge get another firearm? All I hear from sleezy gov murph is more gun control!
