Unfortunately "we" can't do any thing about it except vote and we have done as good as we can in that regard for now.

America is one of the younger if not the youngest country in the world---we shouldn't be paying aid to anyone in fact Germany, Japan, Mexico and Italy should be paying us war restitutions perhaps forever.
