    1,400 identified suspects but as yet only two arrests.
    Hopefully those 1,400 will also get nicked.

      No idea what a Pangolin scale is, but I'm happy to hear something is being done in any measure to protect wildlife. Another aspect of Global climate change, or maybe not; but too many desperate people who will kill any thing or steal anything to survive. Who needs them?
      If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.
