Sorry Guys... but I politely asked the Question to Red, and all of you.... who is implemating these "new regulations" ?

It seems obvious ... to me.... that each individual state has not jumped forth to set this online tax in motion . They may like to see it.... but they didn't implement it. The Federal Government did .

Less tax, less regulations was the promise we all recently voted in. Imediately after that promise was voted in a 25 cent a gallon tax increase for gasoline was proposed.

"Now this".... online sales tax is because Federal tax breaks have to be compensated from somewhere.

Large Corporations benefit.... and the guy making 5 grand a year selling stuff on Ebay is gonna take it in the neck .

Lower tax, less regulations was the promise.... but not for everyone

Before you gloat this was a law signed by Bill Clinton at the behest of a bill delegated by a Republican and a Democrat. Just like the prosecution of illegals, a law signed by Clinton and used by every President since then.

"Before you gloat" .... a law used by every President .... including the present one who was voted in because of the promise of fewer regulations.

And may I point out that the Ebay seller wasn't facing this dilemma .... until now.

Are you a seller? I seriously doubt that any President could override this regulation on taxation. Answer us this, if Barry had this done on his administration would you be so disdainful?

From bad to worse... How long has this ruling been effect? It was made Thursday. How many new Presidents has there been since Thursday and how many States have "jumped forth, "with new laws since last Thursday?

Lower tax, less regulations was the promise.... but not for everyone
So next time you will know, the Supreme Court of the U.S. did not make any promises for lower taxes or less regulations. These internet taxes will be passed (or not) by the States and DJT don't have a say in it one way or the other. Your world must be on Mars, because here in the U.S., Federal income taxes have been lowered and tens of thousands of burdening and extraneous laws have been revoked.

Wait a year or five and you will see the States taxing people in other States hand over fist and interstate sales over the internet will drop like a rock... probably affecting the overall economy negatively.

25 cent a gallon tax increase for gasoline was proposed.
BTW, I don't remember a new $.25 tax raise on gas proposed by DJT. When and where, exactly, was that done? There have been some States that have raised (or tried to) their gas taxes, but how is that DJT's fault?

Large Corporations benefit.... and the guy making 5 grand a year selling stuff on Ebay is gonna take it in the neck .
And while we are at it, please explain how the States taxing the internet (which they haven't done, yet.) benefit the large corporations.
