He doesn't, he's either guessing in an attempt at gaining
notoriety or it's purely political. He remembers all too well
the hot summer but forgot about the freezing and long
lasting winter that preceded it. Selective memory - a
favorite ploy of liberals.

Couple this with self medicating, induced "no hope" and other factors. Nature has a way of ferreting out the week in favor of the strong. Unfortunately society has a way of feeling sorry for the weak and protecting them, nature does not do this. Why continue to use Narcan on those who don't care, let nature do it's course. Remember the story from childhood of the ant and the grasshopper, help those who will help themselves.
