How come French roads are smooth and ous are full of
potholes ? I lost a tire last winter when I encountered
a new pothole that hadn't been there the day before.
Voters here in California voted funds for road repair
which Brown figured as being for ferkin bike paths.
Motorists pay and cyclists reap it seems.
Now they've introduced a new 12 Cent gas tax to pay
for - you guessed it - road repair, so we'll see just what
they decide to spend this new money on. Probably new
windmills, or more probably more godamn bike paths.
Pissed off I am.

About six yrs ago I ended up in CA. The holes in the cement freeway were big enough to do serious damage to a car. I'm glad it was a rental and not my car.

Unfortunately when the potholes are filled you can still hear the Chinese people talking. Lotta Chinese in California. Perhaps the DEEP potholes are their tunnels to aid in their invasion.

Filling potholes to hide the water damage to the road bed. You can see the road sinking around it but they just keep on filling and patching. Your tax dollars at work. Keeping patronage municipal workers out of the bars for a few hours a day.
