and keep him there for seventeen years.
And that is exactly what I would do if I were in charge.
I hate these people who lock up animals like this, and

I don't go to zoos because I hate seeing free roaming animals locked up and pacing back and forth. When I was younger and could get deep in the forest I would sit still and watch wildlife pass me by. Very relaxing!
