They wouldn't be publishing these if they weren't sure.

Apparently some people don't understand English. "Collusion" is what we are doing right now -- discussing things among ourselves. There's no law against that.

Now "Conspiracy" is another matter -- that's planning to commit a crime. And it looks like Hillary did that many times.
