World War II Era Sub Flooded By Vandals In New Jersey

Extensive damage to the interior and most of the artifacts ruined. What the hell kind of kids are doing this? No respect for our country or our history.

A group of New Jersey vandals this weekend did what the Nazis couldn't -- sink the U.S.S. Ling. At least partially.

Those little SOB's should get some serious jail time and do the cleanup. Even if they catch them, the worst that happens is a slap on the wrist. I'm sick to death of this crap!

What kids know where the WW2 sub weak points were? Inside job...literally..

Let me see if I can find the link. Ling was moved to a new mooring, which is part of a 22? acre parcel slated for luxury condominium development. Vandals indeed.

Resting on the bottom for over a month. Hmm

Sounds like the sort of thing that mob-connected thugs could pull off for a price, but where in New Jersey are you going to find guys like that?

When money is on the table, even sinking something like this sub is small potatoes. Follow the money and the guilty will be found. Sincerely. bruce.
