Yes, but it's a good way to cull the population of sub-normal IQs. No way, however, such culling can keep up with all the gov't programs that subsidize & promote the breeding of sub-normals. Maybe I should look into that cult--since I was about 12, I've been picking up almost every snake I ran across, including many copperheads & once a beautiful Coral Snake that I wrapped around the hat I was wearing to see if it was long enough to make a hat band; almost but not quite, so it went on its way unharmed. Drew the line, however, at rattlers & water moccasins--on them I drew, if possible, a bead!
