Prisoners Nationwide To Go On Strike To Protest ....

..."Modern Day Slavery." So now we have slavery again. Who is picking cotton? Maybe we should all watch Gone With The Wind again.

Prisoners in at least 17 states are demanding prison reform by going on a strike several months after a deadly prison brawl in South Carolina

Unfortunately many bad people have been emboldened lately. I think we got a few more years of this on the increase.

How about a hunger strike-like Bobby Sands and those IRA members back in 1981.

I wonder why they put the convict clause in the 13th amendment. It would be interesting to know the history there.

          Look up your reconstruction history.

The dems are eager to "let their people go". I hope that the wardens lock down the kitchens for the duration of the "strike". Regards, Clark

They should club a few of them unconscious out on the exercise yard. That might make an impression.
Why do I have to think of everything.

Inmates posted videos on social media showing the aftermath at the budget-strapped prison.
Apparently not so budget strapped that prisoners still have i-phones and free wi-fi.
