Geez, anybody that believes a deal for 5 million barrels of jet fuel falls apart over $25K is a moron. At just $1 a gallon, a 'barrel' of jet fuel is worth $55 $55X5,000,000=$275,000,000. That is $275 million and $25K is .00009% of the total. If that's a lie the rest of the story including the part about the NRA is also suspect.
