What is this 'Sleeper Cell" Stuff

Eight months ago, Comey sent this message to McCabe after he was fired.
Sessions (in blue) then put his interpretation on it last January.
The "8 months" part now becomes very interesting.



We are now 8 months later and all of a sudden the phrase "Sleeper Cells" suddenly appears out of nowhere.

I think it's time for some virtue signalling (pick one, any one) to change the subject and feel sorry for them.
I wonder who does this all the time in this forum (attempts to change the subject by virtue signalling)

I agree and while it is easy to say "fire them all" I'm sure there are a lot of good agents within the agency. What I would like to see (if I can wish) is for all the management/supervisory personnel to be fired and promote from within by some of these "good" agents.
