I begin to wonder how many of these Women are jumping
on to the Me Too wagon just to keep their names in the
public eye with their own tale of childhood sexual assaults
whether imagined or not - with the villian usually being the
Stepfather, handily long since dead as dead men tell no tales.
I don't wish to disparage these ladies unfairly as I'm sure
some of these are true and must have been traumatic, but
let's just say that I'm suspicious of some.

Mae West never claimed she was raped. She always gave it up voluntarily. On the other hand Whoopi Goldberg claimed that she was raped. I believe she said it was her father, or was it Groucho Marx?
