This pretty well sums up what we've always said

If the democrats can't run Chicago they don't need to be seeking other political offices.

Rahm Emanuel’s surprise exit is a sign of the unworkability of policies that will go national if Resistance Democrats oust Donald Trump.

If we are to condemn the dems for some of the things that go wrong in Chicago, must we not give them credit for what positive things that happen? Regards, Clark

He's got a point except that criminals are like the mythical
Hydra - the more you chop off, the more there are.

Chicago versus the south, which is more like hell? Like heaven? Is that the question? Well judging from migration patterns, the answer would seem clear.

The shooters appear to migrating closer to my little on-the-border corner of the city. Had one within a mile to the east. Was a good place to live until they uprooted the projects and salted that area with Section 8.
Some of the suburbs are in even worse shape than Chicago proper.

One of the ironies is that the Democrats look back on the 1st Mayor Daley's rule with nostalgia, - a "Golden Age" yet he probably was the most arch-segregationist of the 20th Century.
