What's wrong with this scenario about the Judge's approval.

Okay, lets review the information regarding his appointment. According to the information based on what is known so far about Judge Kavanaugh concerning the sexual abuse charge..
Kavanaugh denied the sexual charge and Kavanaugh's classmate who was present, also denied the charge.
Christine Ford, who accussed Kavanaugh of an incident that happened almost 35 yrs ago, but has just brought it up a month ago, but she can't remember the exact details of when it happened.

Now realistically speaking, In any the court of law, after an event that occured almot 35 yrs ago and without any proof that it ever did actually happened, or that one or more of the defendents were lying about an incident or any other proof. This would not even be considered a case and would not be brought to any court.

However bringing down the reputation and attempting to disqualify an otherwise very well qualified and respected candidate with 35 year old unproven accusations is okay in politics at it's dirty best. Too bad, as it's not good for the country and speaks ill of those trying to prevent a well qualified candidate from becoming a Supreme Court Judge based only on their politics and not his qualifications.

Let us hope that many thoughtful people, sitting on the fence, are thinking, "Can I vote for the party that produced this farce?"

      Here's a little tidbit.
A special election was held a couple days ago and a GOP won in a Texas district that had been Dem for the last 139 years.

Democrat Gallego has conceded to Flores in the race to replace convicted former state Sen. Carlos Uresti, D-San Antonio, in a Democratic-leaning district. Flores will become the first Hispanic Republican to serve in the state Senate.

Veritas's videos (many more to come) along with the fabricated delaying tactic involving Kavanaugh, and the future exposure of criminal activity by the FBI/DOJ under Obama should educate a bunch of people.

The New York Times issued a correction on Tuesday after first reporting that Brett Kavanaugh’s friend said he remembered him sexually assaulting a girl in high school. instead of correctly saying, he "didn't" remember him doing it.
          A legit mistake? Lol .
Hit and Run "journalism", Hit, in the headline, and then retract a few days later (at the bottom) after the damage was done...
