    Fords going to talk

Sometime next week provided it doesn't rain in Washington or California. That she be allowed to bring her stuffed teddy bear or a Winnie the Poo. Wonder who will do her makeup and run her prompter. What temperature will her water be for her drinking glass or can her psychiatrist sit next to her to bring her comfort.

From all that I've read in the past that is one of her "demands" that he speak first. That way he can't come back on anything she says.

I think it's time Lady Justice removed her blindfold, as she
needs to see what has happened to her scales.

Let her talk. Let him tell what he knows. Then, vote. It's that simple. No FBI fooling around. After all, what credibility does the FBI have when it comes to "politically charged" investigations. Of course if the democrats had control of this process, they'd just vote ... and he'd be toast. So, at least at this point, they are not able to torpedo the nomination. JMHO. Sincerely. bruce.

Sounds like the nazi trials in Germany. Accused gets the rope no matter who or what.

Nazi Germany is alive and doing well with the NSDWP crowd. I have served on many juries in my life, once was elected the Foreman of one. With what has been presented so far there is no plausible evidence for an indictment. No corroborating evidence of any sort, no witness other then the plaintiff, 35 years of a dim memory. Was the "evidence" suggested to Ford by her therapist, it has happened before. Plant a "thought" to string out the therapy sessions for more money. Looking at the defendant's life, his accomplishment, lack of any type of negative activity, many witnesses coming forth to vouch for his character and veracity doesn't add up to any type of indicatable offense.

Boggs there is also no evidence that Kavanaugh can break 5:00 in the mile run either. I mention this because it has as much bearing on the subject as your time as a jury foreman. And as for "ruining" his life--what is his fate if not confirmed? To live out the rest of his life as a Federal judge. This is ruined? Another example of the privilege mentality that afflicts what now passes as conservatism in this country. Surely there is at least one judge on the Federalist Society (long) short list who didn't try to paw his way past non-consent. How hard would it be to find that guy?

This woman has no right to testify. She has nothing credible to say. She's being taken far more seriously than she deserves.

Togor, my NAZI friend what does justice have any concern for you? NSDWP have already condamned ANYONE that the President proposes, this is what "they" have already stated!

Well, I just figgered out the 'Rats final play. After the charade is over and everybody knows she is a total flake, the Dems will claim Kavanaugh has been totally traumatized by this b.s. and any semblance of impartiality has been beaten out of him and he is now unfit to be on the court.
