I heard this on the radio yesterday. I thought it was even worse than this. Every time I go into a supermarket I see these huge, fat asses waddling behind their carts which are overloaded with goodies.

I doubt if any of them have thought about the implications for their future health.

There is a gal here in Mountain View, Arkansas, whom I see now and then at Wal Mart. She uses one of their electric carts and when she sits on it, the cart disappears!

I wish WM would require users of the electric carts to show some form of handicap need. Mostly what I see is fata$$es and people of color use them that have no problem walking back to their cars when they are through shopping. This encourages fata$$es to become fattera$$es. On top of that they get in the way and stay in the way, often plugging the aisles. So instead of 1 or 2 carts in a store for people who may actually need them you may have half a dozen of them running around and blocking the walkways.

73 years of prosperity and plenty, not surprising. My German I teacher in high school-she was German, she said once Erhard lifted wage and price controls and the Federal Republic was established-they had 18-19 lean years to make up for.

And do they ever get it!!! Seeing not just "heavy," but clearly obese, women with more or less normal looking (if not particularly good looking) men is such a common sight in public places that it always makes me think "and I thought I was desperate!!!" Guess I didn't really know what desperate means. So don't worry about the fatties!

Introduce the Fat Tax-for every pound they are over the healthy weight, say $100/lb. That will give people an incentive to slim down.
