    The Pied Piper of New York ...

    Charms the Racoons (maybe by slyly feeding them ?).
    If he really can charm with his flute playing, then maybe
    he can get those New York democrats to follow him -
    straight into the river.

        Those coons are eating -- he spread corn before starting to play.

        Do that a few times, and the coons will come running when they hear you.
