The wonderful sight of a Woman in hair curlers ...

brings back memories of Los Angeles in the mid sixties
when any given supermarket would be crowded with
women in hair curlers merrily going about their shopping.
It was a common sight and the women seemed to be totally
unconcerned about their appearance because the ending
would justify it as it was done to please her husband when
he came home from work. By then of course the curlers had
been removed, make up applied and with a little luck her hubby
might think he'd married Rita Hayworth.

Look on the bright side, it isn't a guy in curlers...yet!
In our early married life my wife wore curlers one time, I asked her to stand closer to the tv for better reception.
