First of the month and the quick stop in our little town is bustling with the local recipients of welfare handouts standing in line to get to the ATM machine. A few look like they really deserve it, but for the most part they are a bunch of losers that any type of work is foreign to them. During the summer the city can't hire anyone to help with the grass cutting because it would "mess up" their check. The ones that will do light yard chores are strictly cash and carry.

I don't really look for anything to change though as this is the voter base as well as the heart and soul of the Democrat party. Now, if they can just get the ones that do work to pay more taxes.
