Jerking any object out of someone's hands surely qualifies as simple assault, or assault & battery if the person holding the object claims his hands were injured. (I remind myself of this every time I see some FAH holding up a check-out line by fknging around with a cellphone.)

First of all, if you think this wasn't heavily advertised before and that they were asking for more 'demonstrators' to join them, then you're out to lunch.

FYI 6 million is the number of people in the DC metro area. Any one of these 6 million people could have joined the farce that they refer to as a 'demonstration' if they wanted to. THEY CHOSE NOT TO. Probably because they wouldn't have been paid like the original 150.
