Is Feinstein crying after reading the FBI report?

Perhaps she thinks she may be in big trouble for setting up the Dr. Ford scam.

Or perhaps selling secrets to the Chinese may not have been a good idea.

Oh but her plot had no end. When she heard that the investigation was winding down with nothing coming up she was quick to the draw by commenting that the FBI probe was inconclusive since the FBI didn't personally interview Kavanaugh and Ford. If she had gotten still another delay she would have had something else and so forth going on forever. My understanding is a president can not nominate someone for scotus the last year of his term or at least the nomination can be halted. That was the obvious intensions of the whole game of BS.

The President can send a nomination the last DAY of his term -- but by custom a President does not send nominations in the last two years of his SECOND term. That custom is often violated -- Obama sent in the nomination of Merrick Garland to fill Scalia's seat on the Supreme Court on March 16, 2016, less than a year before he went out of office.

Feinstein's problem is her plot has fallen apart and it looks like the Democrats have egg on their face.
